The Latest Trainers August 2022 From Nike And Adidas

We’re now into the final month of summer, August. There’s been a few good trainer drops this summer already from the heavy hitters Nike and Adidas, and this month there’s a few more coming too.

A few pair from the usual silhouettes which I like have caught my eye, plus a few more including some interesting collaborations.

Here’s the best trainers releases for August 2022 from Adidas and Nike.

Nike Air Max 1 W Phantom & Tour Yellow

Whenever Nike use the “W” title in their trainers, it usually denotes that these are supposed to be women’s style. But I really like this colourway for summer.

The yellow and white just work, with the yellow giving these some zesty vibes and it just works so well with white. Leather and mesh uppers on these Air Max 1 will make them sturdy but light.

They’ll come in at £145 when they’re released on 24th August.

Adidas SPZL Yabisah Ibiza

Adidas are set to release a range of their SPZL range today, and the SPZL Yabisah Ibiza is just one of them.

I picked these out because of the all white colours, great for summer. I do like all white minimalist trainers for this season, and if you’re looking for a fresh upgrade, these could be it.

The leather uppers are combined with the rubber outsole in this Adidas SPZL silhouette.

They’re priced at £100 and are released 12th August.

Nike x PATTA Air Max 1 Brown

Nike and PATTA have another collab, this time with this Air Max 1 trainer.

This follows on from the 2021 collaboration, this time the colourway comes in this brown colour. A darkish and muted tone with a cream midsole and silver uppers.

These are released on 12th August.

Nike Air Max 2013 x Stussy

Another collaboration with Nike sees them team up with Stussy with this Air Max 2013 trainer.

The silhouette features an all round air cushion and mesh uppers in this fairly sporty style.

You’ll be able to get these in black for £190 at Nike on 12th August.

Air Max 97 Metallic Silver And Chlorine Blue

Another month couldn’t go by without another pair of Air Max 97. As you’ll know, the Air Max 97 is celebrating 25 years of existence, and Nike have been dropping trainers every month with new or legendary colourways.

This Air Max 97 are Metallic silver and chlorine blue. While not my favourite they’re still really nice with clean lines which always work in this silhouette.

These are available right now and priced at £165.
