It’s a new year, so it’s a good time for a new fragrance review. This one has been gaining popularity quite quickly, and was only released in 2019, so is fairly new. This is Mont Blanc fragrance for men.
I got a bottle over Christmas, and this is what I think of it.
Nike have released a glimpse of it’s Year of the Rat collection for Chinese New Year 2020, and they look pretty good.
The collection takes inspiration from four events relating to Nike’s history in China: From 1972, 1984, 1996 and 2008, and features eight different men’s footwear silhouettes from Nike and the Jordan brand.
Here’s a closer look at all the trainers from the collection.
This must be the longest blog break I have done, not posting for around 10 days. But it has been Christmas and then New Year, so I guess everyone has been busy to just relaxing.
I hope that everyone had a good Christmas and New Year, and got themselves something good over the festive season, or bought stuff from the sales.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be showcasing what I got…
It’s been that time of the year again, it’s Christmas which means a few things, and in Newcastle it means the Fenwick Christmas Window.
In 2019 the Fenwick Christmas Window is Charlie and the chocolate factory. It’s not something I ever loved as a kid, but it’s a story that virtually everyone knows and remembers. This year it also has the Christmas Market to contend with, which is on Northumberland Street too.
As always, each window tells a different part of the story, and here’s every window for you to see if you haven’t already checked it out.
There’s plenty of reasons why you might think about buying a fragrance or aftershave without smelling it, but is it a good idea to blind buy a fragrance?
Since I have a lot of men’s fragrances, I have some experience of buying scents without smelling them first. Sometimes you get a good surprise, sometimes the scent lives up to the expectation, and other times, it’s bad.
It’s always going to be a good idea to try before you buy, but sometimes that’s just not possible, and others you might just want to shop online.
Here’s some tips on how to buy fragrances online without smelling them.
It’s that time of the year again, it’s time for Christmas Jumpers!
Whether you love them or hate them, you’ll have an opinion on Christmas Jumpers. I’ve loved them over the past few years, and they’ve really taken off and increased in popularity among most people.
Whether you’re looking to just have one annual Christmas jumper, or you’re building up a collection, there’s plenty of different styles you can get this year. From the traditional patterns to novelty and hilarious festive graphics, as well as the repeat patterns, there will be one which suits you best.
Within the guide there’s jumpers from all price points; From the cheap to high street and expensive. They’re usually made from either wool, acrylic or a mix of fibres, but cotton style sweatshirts are also available too.
Here’s the best 2019 has to offer for Christmas jumpers.
The Premier League has fully entered the digital age for the first time, with live streamed games on Amazon Prime. Since I am an Amazon Prime customer already, it’s good news for me. But what is it like?
I watched a couple of games on Amazon Prime in the past couple of days, and this has been my experience so far.
As you’ll know I am quite a fan of football and football documentaries and films, and this has been in my watch list for quite a while. Leeds United, Take Us Home is another football documentary, this one showcasing the 2018-19 season for Leeds.
I am somewhat of a veteran of football documentaries now (I should make a best of list), loving the Man City All Or Nothing doc, Inside Borussia Dortmund and Six Dreams to name only three. This one is of a similar structure, following Leeds through the 2018-19 season.
It’s that time of the year again, it’s time to give (or receive) presents!
But what is good to buy this year?
Whether you’re buying something for another guy, looking for ideas for presents to receive yourself, or even buying your own gifts this year, these are some ideas on what to shop for.
Here’s some ideas to get you started, and hopefully you’ll be able to get some good deals in the sales.
