Today is the day! It’s the opening game later tonight for my team Spain, as they play against Sweden in the first game of Euro 2020.

It’s exciting times! Euro 2020 kicks off tonight. It’s a year late, but better late than never, and it’s making it’s fashionably late entrance with the first game kicking off later tonight at 8PM UK time.
It will see Italy face Turkey in Rome, and I can’t wait to watch it!
I had to wear something for today, so I am wearing my Italy shirt by Diadora inspired from the hay day of Italian football, the early to mid 90’s, in particular 1994.

It never rains but it pours in Spain…At least when it comes to football competitions. In 2018 Spain were without a manager 48 hours before the tournament started, with Lopetegui being sacked. Now in 2021, Spain’s Euro 2020 start has been a nightmare, before the tournament actually begins.

It’s that time of the year again! Summer football is almost here, and even though it’s been delayed for a year, it’s almost time for Euro 2020!
As with all tournaments I got the brand new Spain kit, home and away. The home shirt has been available for over a year, with the away being officially unveiled more recently.
Here I am trying them on for the first time, and I have to say, they look great in person!
