No lighty, no likey! Take Me Out is back on our TV screens on a Saturday night!
As Paddy McGuinness says… Bring on the girls.
The last series was in January 2018, so series 11 has been well over-due, and it’s finally back on ITV tonight (26th October) and every Saturday night, from 19:15.
I was browsing around films to watch and wanted something light and funny to watch, and came across this film called The House with Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler. I like both of these actors, and so I decided to give this film a watch, although I knew nothing about it.
It’s that time of the year again…FIFA 20 was released on Friday! That means it’s been a weekend of playing FIFA, or at least a few hours of playing 😉
This year there has been one big addition, which is VOLTA.
Here’s what it’s all about, and a small initial review of the game.
I was looking around for some films to watch on Amazon, and I spotted this film, Walk Of Shame. The title of course hooked me in, but other than that, I didn’t really know anything else about the film, so I decided to give it a watch.
It is fair to say, the film is not what I expected to watch. From the title and the character, as well as the way the film starts, I was expecting it to be some kind of stereotypical rom com kind of film, with some laughs, and the overall story being the girl trying to get the guy. But the film is not like that at all.
Let’s talk about the minefield that is dating. It’s a crazy, scary and big world out there. The first date is the first step.
You eventually find a woman, ask her out, and at the end of the date the cheque comes…There’s the awkward feeling and a small moment…
Who pays on the first date?
There’s of course a ton of advice, some traditional, some more modern. Traditionally It was always expected that men would pay for women for the first date, and in fact for all dates, but we’re in a whole new world now. In fact, we’ve been in the modern times for years now.
Here’s my guide into the first date, and the awkwardness of who’s going to be paying for it.
Did you enjoy the Bank Holiday? It’s always a good one, but sad, since it basically marks the end of the Summer, and it’s the last Bank Holiday of the year (not counting Christmas obviously).
We actually had a really nice weekend in terms of the weather too…It was really hot! And it’s still going right now, although that is supposed to be coming to an end.
How hot has this week been in the UK!? It’s been fairly warm through the days, and on a night…We all hate the hot and sticky nights, right? 😀 I bought myself a handheld fan, but a one with a difference, it has a mist spray!
For my latest film night, I watched to watch something which I hadn’t seen, so I done my usual browse around Amazon Prime to find something. I wanted something like, and saw something called Summer of 8. I checked out the trailer, and it looked like it could be good.
I love coming of age films, I love the Summer, and this is basically both of those two things put together.
Hey guys, I hope you’ve had a good weekend so far!
For my latest film night, I wanted to watch something light and funny, but after looking around Amazon Prime, I couldn’t find something which I liked and wanted to watch, which I hadn’t seen before. I haven’t bought any Blu Rays/DVDs for ages, so looked to see what I had. I found The Goods: Live Hard Sell Hard which I haven’t seen in so long, so decided to watch that.
