Grey Roll Neck For Bank Holiday Monday In Late May

Happy Bank Holiday!

If you’re not in the UK then I apologise, but we have a day off today, it’s the late May bank holiday. This weekend I have had a quiet and chilled out one, as is usually the case for Bank Holidays. Some call them boring, but I do love it when you can do absolutely nothing for a few days, it’s a great period of rest.

I have to talk about my jumpers and roll necks…I usually swap my wardrobe around and bring out the tees and put my jumpers away, which is usually done by Easter. However this year it’s taken me this long to actually get round to it, aided by the indifferent weather we’ve been having…

Every time you think it’s OK, it turns, which is typical British weather 😉 But now I have finally changed my wardrobe, and put most of my jumpers away until Autumn.

That is apart from the odd sweatshirt and roll neck. I’m still rocking the roll necks, and still loving them. The good thing about them is that they’re so finely knit, very thin and breathable and so really easy to wear, even during the day when it’s kind of warm.

But it’s almost time for T Shirts, which I am happy about. I’m going to get myself a couple of new ones so they’re fresh for the Summer. I already have a lot, so it’s a bit of a nightmare to sort them out and decide where to keep them all, which I should put in my main part of my wardrobe, and the others in a couple of drawers.

For the rest of the weekend I watched the F1, it was live in Monaco, and was a good race. I also watched the League 1 Playoff final, with Charlton beating Sunderland. The Championship playoff final is on later today to see who’ll be coming into the Premier League next season. What do you think?

I’d prefer to see Derby rather than Aston Villa, but I would have liked to have seen Leeds back in the big time. They are a club with a lot of history, but lost out to Derby in the semi-final.

And that is that! Enjoy the rest of your Bank Holiday 🙂
