Mango Man Long Sleeve Henley Slub Top

Hey guys!

I have a new addition to my wardrobe, perfect going into the Autumn now the summer is cooling down, it’s a long sleeve Henley T Shirt from Mango Man.

I have a couple of Henley tops already, I got a few Henleys from H&M a while back. They were short sleeve, and when I saw this long sleeve top, I decided that I’d get it, so I’d have something for this season.

There is something I really like about this style of top. When you don’t want to go for a T-shirt, there’s a polo, but that’s kind of more formal. What else is left? A Henley is a good choice.

I never really got on to the trend of them, although I have owned a couple for quite a while, I’ve never really got into the whole style of them. But now I do really like them, and they make a good alternative to a traditional tee, and are really smart too.

I think I will put together a Guide To Henley Shirts on the blog soon, but for now, I’ll focus on this one.

I don’t have too many lighter colour tops, and I saw this colour which is a neutral beige kind of colour which I really like, and I think will work well with most of the clothing I already have.

It’s made from a slub material, which is mostly cotton with a bit of polyester. This is a more relaxed kind of fabric, which is supposed to be slightly loose, which makes it a really nice laid back piece of menswear to put on.

The quality is pretty good, especially for the price, I can have no complaints about that. I like the fit too, which is also very nice, with the colour being a stand out thing for me. I like to break up outfits with different colours, so wearing something like darker chinos or jeans works well with this top, or I could really lighten things up with a pair of white denim.

And there you have it. Let me know what you think of this colour, and Henley tops in general.

Have a good one 🙂
