So I have had back pain for about 2 years now, and it’s got worse. I now get back pain all the time, whenever I do something for long periods, e.g. walking, sitting, relaxing etc. It’s becoming a real annoyance! If you have had back pain before you’ll know that it’s not like a really “stabbing pain like” feeling, it’s more like feeling uncomfortable a large proportion of the day and night. For example when I go out if I stand around for too long I now get back pain…This is not normal!
So today I went to a Spinal Pain Education Talk…It was OK, but obviously does not solve the problem. I have been doing relevent exercises for about 8 months, which have not helped, I need physio or an expert to have a proper look.
The talk was quite funny, it was like being in a biology lesson back at school…And I HATED biology! :p Not only that, as you can imagine I was by far the youngest person there, most probably double my age I got “The Back Book” which is quite informative and tells you what you should and shouldn’t be doing.
