5-scents-men-christmas-2013

Christmas is not far away, and one of the easiest gifts to get a guy is a new fragrance. It’s said that the most popular item to buy on Christmas Eve is actually aftershaves and perfumes, they are easy to get a hold of in the shops, and are usually universally loved by all. But which scent should you go for this Christmas? Here are five ideas which I really like.

Invictus by Paco Rabanne – It’s the new scent from Paco Rabanne and it comes in a very distinctive looking bottle, which is like a trophy. The scent is a masculine woody type without being too overpowering.

Spicebomb by Viktor & Rolf – I got this last year and I really like it. It’s another masculine type of smell, and seems to have a bit of an orange twang to it.

Noir by Tom Ford – There are two models of Noir. This, the black bottle is an EDP, Eau De Parfum, and the Noir in the white frosted bottle is an EDT, Eau De Toilette. The difference is that the EDP is a stronger concentration, so it will last a lot longer. As for the smell, it’s a manly and sensuous type of fragrance, perfect for a night out.

MAN by Bulgari – One of my favourite scents so I have to include it in this guide. Great for nights out, it’s a modern mans scent.

For Him by Narciso Rodriguez – A slightly woody but elegant fragrance. I like this because it’s off most peoples radar so you don’t have to worry about smelling like every other guy.
