My Christmas Jumper This Festive Season

Tuesday, 24th December, 2013

So I was out the other night and wore my Christmas jumper, but I did not write a blog post about it.

I wanted a Christmas jumper last year, but left it a bit too late. The good old festive knit has gained in popularity over the past couple of years, they are fashionable again, and people love them. There is a vast array of designs, colours, styles and festive themes, from elf style to the traditional fair isle jumpers, even festive slogans are sporting the front of the Xmas knits.

There are a couple of LED light up Christmas jumpers too…I found a few, but some are pretty poor, with only one or a handful of lights, which don’t really look too good. But I got a really good one, with lots of LEDs and it lights up really well πŸ˜€ It has a handy switch for turning it on and off, and the batteries are easy to get to; Just 2 large flat batteries (watch type) to change.

The design is a Christmas tree with a star, and has lots of snowflakes which light up. The “baubles” are clear and red which reflect light, so look shiny even in the daytime. It was Β£50 which is quite expensive for a novelty knit for 1 or 2 days a year, but I think it’s cool πŸ˜€

Check it out below…
