Every Air Max2 Light In 2019 including the OG

I do love my Nike Air Max trainers, and over the past several years, have bought a couple of pair. From the Air Max 95 to the 1, 2017 and of course the 90’s. Nike have been re-releasing some old classics from the 1990’s, we’ve seen the 93 and the 97 make successful comebacks, and it seems that 2019 will be the year of the Nike Air Max2 Light. And I love it!

There’s something cool about the air unit (aka air bubble) of these trainers which really takes me back; The large side and back window of the units remind me of my 1996 Tailwind, one of my favourite shoes. These however are a different kind of design, and it’s one which I really like.

The breathable mesh is complimented with synthetic leather, the moulded heel design along with cutting patterns throughout the trainers, which are really distinctive. Then there’s the colours. Some Air Max such as the triple black or white can look sleek and be understated, but the Air Max2 Light is all about vibrant colours which stand out.

We’ve seen the crazy Atmos which are speculated to be coming out for Air Max Day, as well as the OG in blue, white and black. There’s been some other releases, with a few more in the pipeline.

The price for the Air Max2 Light is usually around £110.

Here’s every Air Max2 Light for 2019 (This list will be updated throughout the year).

Blue Lagoon

Air Max2 Light Blue Lagoon

The Blue Lagoon Air Max2 Light features a white, blue and black colourway, with the orange side air unit, and blue back air unit, finished off with the Nike swoosh in black.

University Gold

The University Gold comes in a white, gold and blue colour, with the Nike swoosh being a contrasting electric red colour. The air units on these are blue, with the interior of the trainers being bright red, and the outsole being blue, white and black.

Air Max2 Light Atmos

Expected to be released on Air Max Day, 26th March 2019, the Atmos are the most distinctive trainers seen in this line-up so far. If you’re looking to be noticed in the street wear scene, these will do the job.

UPDATE – Check out the Air Max 2 Light Atmos which I bought right here!

Air Max 2 Light Purple White Pink

Another OG colour of the Air Max2 Light is expected any time soon, the OG white, purple and pink. These look incredible, with the white and purple, along with the pink accents of the air units. They’re finished off with a black swoosh, and could be the best of the standard colours so far.

You can see more of the latest trainers releases if you want to find out what’s been dropping this year.
