Christmas 2015 Clothing Presents

Happy Boxing Day (Observed) 😛

If you have a job then you’ll be happy that today is counted as a Bank Holiday in the UK, so you’ll of probably had today off, however I broke up from work so I was off anyway. I have bought a few things online in the sales, but since today is a Bank Holiday there’s no deliveries, so I have to wait a little longer.

I got a few really nice things for Christmas this year, including a few tops, some loungewear and socks and boxers. I am really into socks at the moment, I think different colours are so cool and can add to an outfit in the smallest of details.

I got yet more Happy Socks (and I have even more coming!) which I love. I am in some kind of transition with socks, and I’ll pretty much be throwing all my old ones away and replace them with brand new ones this year. I have a few classic black and grey pairs which I’ll keep, other than that, Happy Socks will be my new daily wear. A few new pairs of boxer shorts are never a bad thing, and I got some from Bjorn Borg which I have always liked.

I got a few things from FCUK, this tee and a knit which is perfect for the Winter.

I got this Armani Tee, black with white dots, I have the same one in a different colour pattern, as well as the Armani loungewear top which are really nice.

I got the Calvin Klein loungewear set too, I need fresh new loungewear so I am glad that I got some 🙂

I hope you all had a good Christmas 🙂

ASOS Summer ’13 Sale – Shorts: Michael 84 Edit

Summer is here, which means a couple of things, first off it’s supposed to be hot, and second, there are lots of sales on at the moment in the world of fashion. If you are looking for some clothing to keep you cool this summer, now is the time to shop around.

It may not be boiling hot in the UK yet but it is warm and muggy, and it’s time to wear shorts, if not out definately while chilling. If you are going on your holidays to somewhere you’d wear shorts on a daily basis, I have selected a few pair from the ASOS sale, as you can see above.

I think that denim or chino style shorts are a much more grown up, fashionable style to wear, more so than swim shorts or casual sports shorts. I think a few pairs of “good” shorts are worth investing in, even if you are not a big fan of wearing shorts.

  • French Connection Stone colour shorts – £50 £22
  • Humor Red shorts – £50 £30
  • Cheap Monday – £49 £29
  • !Solid Blue Shorts – £50 £29
  • Minimum Green Shorts – £50 £35
  • Esprit Dip Dye Shorts – £45 £31

Check out these and all the other shorts in the ASOS sale here.

Christmas Presents 2011 – Smellies

I thought I would split up what I got for Christmas into a few posts, so this is the smellies one; The aftershaves, grooming and so on all in this post.

First my three EDT’s. I have Bang Bang by Marc Jacobs, Dior Homme Intense and YSL L’Homme Libre. All three are really nice. This is the new Marc Jacobs for this year, Last year’s was “Bang” which I have but do not really like. This one is much nicer and less pungent, but still a powerful smell.

My New French Connection Jacket And Shirt

Hey blog!

I recently got a new shirt and jacket from French Connection and I love both of them 🙂 They are good quality as you would expect from FCUK, and also look and feel great.

Here is the shirt which is great. It is made from good but very fine cotton, so it is perfect for the summer. I wore it yesterday, you can see that here. You can get yourself a French Connection shirt from their site here.

Next is a leather jacket. This is actually the first one I have got, and I am really impressed with it. I have looked at them in store and tried a few, and now I have this one. The quality is amazing, it’s not too heavy but not paper thin either, and looks really good with a shirt or t-shirt if you want to be more casual. You can get a jacket from French Connection here. It has plenty pockets to keep your things in, including 2 inner pockets. I like this, so I can keep my camera in there on a night out 😉 It has a zip opening as well as buttons, so you can use either, both, or none.

Check out more in depth photos below.

December After Christmas Fashion

I got myself some clothes when I went shopping the other day, like I said. Here is what I got myself, some really really nice things, I particularly love my Jaeger jumper and Nicole Farhi jumper. As you can probably see, I am quite a fan of redthese days

Purple FCUK T Shirt, just a cheap one for day-to-day wear.

FCUK Jumper. Again quite a cheap jumper, but I like it, its nice, and now I have a few I can stop wearing t shirts 7 days a week 😛

ArmaniT Shirt in red. Again this was not too expensive, Armani is probably the “cheapest most prestigious” brand you can get.

Finally got one!! 😀 A Lacoste polo, in red too 😛 I have wanted one for such a long time and have never got round to getting one. I have an old one I found when tidying up the other day, it looks a bit washed out looking, I did wear that one a fair bit. I think this one will only come out once we have summer which is fine, Lacoste polos are timeless 🙂

I hardly ever buy shirts, because I hardly ever wear them. I saw this D & Gone and had to get it, I only have black and white shirts, and this is the 2nd Dolce and Gabbana one, my white D & G has an “Italian collar” which I dont like, this one is much smaller. Look at the detail on the collar and cuffs aswell, it looks like I am a magician or something 😀

Red jumper by Nicole Farhi. The funny story about this jumper is I saw it, there was one left in the shop and it is a small. I am a medium, but still tried it on, it just fits, so I bought it 😀

My navy blue jumper by Jaeger. Jaeger is premium high street or a high end label, and you can see why. Some brands are expensive and not worth it, but with Jaeger you can feel the quality you are paying for. The cut and fit is perfect and feels really good, This is my first Jaeger piece of clothing, but I dont think it will be my last.

And to finish off my new red mood I got some red Armani boxers. I have this style in black and like them.
