Right now….

First McDonalds in ages, cant remember the last time I had one, check my blog history
Maybe the last Bank Holiday Monday (I know not last week)
Also I think I won a McFlurry?

That means I won right? Dont know if I will actually use it LOL. Maybe I will treat myself after work tomorrow haha

If you read my blog then you will know that pretty much all I eat is chicken, tonight I had mixed herb chicken with rice. Not too long ago I would only ever eat things dry with no sauces (other than HP LOL) but now I will like different variety sauces, as long as they are meaty and not white like cheesy.

How good does it look!?
I can tell you that it was amazingly good
I even ate a bit of the peppers, and I only ever ate peppers for the first time last month when I was on my diet. Not my favourite but I can eat them with other foods.

Hey blog!
Have you ate any pancakes today? I already have
I had some which I made from scratch for my lunch, and will have some ready-made ones later for supper probably after the Football.
I have to say these are probably the best pancakes I have ever made. They were so good! Covered with H.P. brown sauce of course

I had enough mix for about 3, 2 big-ish ones and a small thin one. I love them so much!!
I dont know why I dont eat them more often actually, but then again I suppose its good to save things to appreciate them more.
Also today I did a workout, I had to do a big one since I knew I would be eating this unhealthy food
I also got a couple of things from ASOS which I will post up later

Its one of my favourite days tomorrow, Pancake day!
I love pancakes, and I probably havent had one since last year. They are so good, I could eat them all the time if they didnt have so much fat in!
Last year I made some from scratch and also from ready-made ingredients. I will probably do the same this year. Here are the pics from last year if you dont remember…

I have brown sauce on mine as you can see from above. Everytime I tell people that they all say “uugghh!” I dont understand why?

Hey blog!
Well its Saturday, so that is chips and gravy day….No! I’m not allowed chips! boooo
So today, it was lentil soup. I hardly ever eat soup, as a kid I used to eat it all the time, but when I became a big boy I hardly eat anything from a tin, e.g. no spaghetti on toast, raviloi, meatballs or soup.
The one time I do have soup, by “tradition” is whenever I come home from being abroad
Seriously, whenever I have came home from the airport that is what I eat, soup, usually tomato!
Today it was lentil, which I like, and also add some chilli powder into it to give it more taste. If you havent tried that you should, you wont be able to eat it without it after you have tasted it

p.s. Its got to be Heinz. I wouldnt eat anything else

As far as food goes, I pretty much only eat carbs. Its really really bad, but everything I like to eat is bad for me. I cant really eat things which are good, although I will try, so what I will attempt is to eat as little in terms of carbs as I can. This is my own little experiment to see if it actually does anything, and will work with my “workout” which I do, lets see if I can loose some fat and have it toned.
That means I can eat things like meat, which is good, its probably the only food I like which I can eat. No more snacking on the odd biscuit or bag of crisps.
What I cant eat are the “raw carbs” e.g. bread, chips, rice, crisps, anything like that.

It will be interesting to see if I can keep this up. I doubt it very much, but I want to try
I am also gonna look into foods which are higher in protein, I hear Almonds are good, but I HATE nuts! Even when you get a chocolate with nuts in I dont eat it
God help me with a “raw nut”.
BTW I know that foods contain carbs, e.g. chicken. But I am reducing the amount of “raw carbs” like I say, its low carbs not ‘no carbs’.
Its day 2, I only have to go until 21st March haha

Hello Blog
I got some Belvitas for breakfast. They are supposed to be good, release energy over a couple of hours so you dont go hungry. I also have Actimels the blueberry flavour which I like.

The Belvitas are new to me, and I tried one and thought it was nice…Then the taste kicked in, and they are horrible!! It tastes like sick, actual sick. You know when you are sick and have the taste of it in your mouth? That is what they taste like.
You get 6 packs in a box, and 4 biscuits in each pack, I could only manage to eat one!
I even thought maybe it had something to do with the Apple juice I was drinking aswell so I have just ate a half of one, and nope, it wasnt the apple juice that made these taste bad!
I wont be getting the Belvitas again in a hurry…I should stick to Special K bars, they are very very nice!
What do you think of this “good food”? Do you think it actually helps and is healthy? I checked the calorie count in the Belvitas, 53 cal per biscuit! 53×4 = 212cal for breakfast! I suppose they do contain other good things.
I do like the Actimels, I have no idea if they actually work tho. I have 16, so I can have 2 a day

Every Saturday I have chips and gravy for lunch. No reason why, I just do. Its become something which I do every week now, probably for the past 4 or 5 years. I have to say I love the chips and gravy from my local chineese, they are the best. I have been eating them since I was a kid, since I was about 10 or 11 years old, and 15 years later I am still eating them, they still taste THAT good.
Its weird to think if I ever moved away or they closed that I couldnt have any more, I dont know what I would do!

Yes like I have posted before its a bank holiday tradition to get a McDonalds, and here is what I got, again, more of the usual things…

Its a new sticker which they put on the burgers because I get plain ones (well its new to me). They are even time-stamped, how cool
