Christmas is fast approaching, and many people will get an iPad, or already have an iPad and may want a case. I have had a search around and found some really cool cases. The iPad is a fashion accessory as much as anything else, so wrapping it up in a cool fashionable case is the only way to go. It is hard to find lots of designer cases all under one roof, so I have compiled a few cases which I like, with a variety of price tags.

One thing which I am unsure of is how much do you spend on a case? An iPad will set you back at least £400, so is spending £300 on a case a silly idea? You can decide, I will just show you what is currently on offer at the moment.

The first case I have to write about is in fact not a fashion case, but a very cool one non the less. It is called a G-Form Extreme case, and is made of special materials. It is soft, lightweight and flexable, but has proven to be one of the most durable and tough cases which you can buy.

It has been tested and showed off a lot with its amazing strength; The case is said to have properties which change, so it is soft and flexable but when impact is made it becomes rigid and tough and can withstand quite a lot, including a bowling ball dropped on it. Check out this test below!

Quite impressive! If you are scared about dropping your beloved iPad on the floor or down the stairs it looks like this is the case for you, it looks pretty cool too.

It is currently available on pre-order for £70 in most places, and can be pre-ordered on Amazon and Firebox. Amazon release date is 15th January 2012. It does come in a variety of colours like black which is above, and yellow.

Now for the fashion cases…

2. Louis Vuitton – One of the most recognisable brands out there, the traditional LV patterned design will give your iPad some high-end fashion looks. £255 from Louis Vuitton
3. Ralph Lauren black leather case. nice clean design with front emblunm £125 from John Lewis
4. Marc Jacobs – One of my favourite designs, bright blue so it will stand out a mile away, and it looks cool too. Embossed lettering throughout the case design with Marc by Marc Jacobs logo. £45 from MR Porter.
5. Ted Baker Case – with a zip fastening and a sleeve to store extra swag. £32 from Nordstrom
6. Mulberry Sleeve – Black leather sleeve, very simple and sleek design. £150 from John Lewis
7. Dolce And Gabbana – D&G designer iPad case, with zipped front and opening. £335 from Luisaviaroma.com
8. Gucci Case – Available in brown or black leather, this case has the Gucci diamond leather pattern embossed throughout and comes with an interior compartment. £325 from MR Porter.

My favourite has to be the Marc Jacobs case for the cool design, or if I were going for a more traditional contemporary look the Gucci case.

I bought this really nice Dolce And Gabbana cardigan earlier this year. It is really nice, and I have worn it a few times. I have not worn it too much, and it hasn’t even been in the wash yet.

So I noticed the other day that there is a hole in the arm! I would not mind, but this was an expensive cardigan from D&G, who usually make good quality stuff.

I obviously cannot wear it now, because doing so will make it worse I originally wrote that it was good quality, but it obviously is not!

What a sad day it is today!

Dolce and Gabbana have decided to kill off the D&G line, and the SS 2012 show will be its last. Dolce and Gabbana have said that the D&G line will be merged into its main line, saying it will give ”even more strength and energy to our collections”.

I think this is sad news If you are unsure what D&G is, or thought it was one line, the easiest way to explain the differences are that the D&G line were a more fun, casual and more contemporary, whereas the Dolce and Gabbana line is usually more “grown up”, formal kind of stuff.

The D&G Line has produced some great things such as fragrences, sunglasses, watches and jewellery, trainers and accessories as well as lots of apparel.

I look forward to seeing what direction Dolce And Gabbana are going to take in the future.

Hey blog!

So, I need a belt for my jeans. I havent wore a belt for such a long time, and the last belt I had I now no longer know where it is, and it will of been too big anyway.

What do you think of fabric belts?

I am thinking of getting a traditional leather belt, aswell as a fabric one. I have found these belts which I like.

The first is the fabric belt. It is from Ralph Lauren. The second is a Dolce and Gabbana leather belt. I like both, and they can each be used for informal and formal occasions.

I cant decide which to get, I may end up getting both, the D&G is a smarter belt and the Ralph Lauren can be used for day to day. The Dolce and Gabbana is available in both brown and black, and I cant decide which one I want to go for. The brown will compliment my jeans nicely and I like the contrasting look, but the black is also good, for a sharp stylish look.

Hello lovely blog readers

Are you enjoying the weather today? Sorry if wherever you are isnt nice, but in Newcastle it is HOT! Well, almost anyway, it was 18 degrees today according to my car, and you can actually feel the heat, its not just sunny. They said on the news last night that it would get progressively colder, so its probably all over now

p.s. no more pics of my car display, until the summer at least, it gets repetitive

Today I have been quite busy with work, since I got a parking ticket I have to park further away from work, and I had 4 big boxes of t-shirts to carry which is almost 300 t-shirts which are heavy when you have to carry them a bit of a distance

How has your day been so far? Mine has been good, Its Friday and its sunny!! Its true that the sun makes you happy, well for me at least. No wonder that there are more happy and chilled out people who live in the warm and sunny countries, and we are miserable with our usual grey skies

I wore my Ray Bans for the first time today Its still cold but sunny, first day of sun since I bought them. They are so good, so clear and feel good, its easy to forget that you are wearing them

Its 17th March so Happy St. Paddys Day! The day of the year which requires you to drink Are you doing anything for St Paddys day? I am not, not even drinking, oh well maybe I will have a beer or something haha I have never drank Guinness in my life, I dont think I would like it.

Today I went to the town and went shopping for some new trainers. I got my black Converse trainers I wanted so I am happy I also went to the Apple shop to have a look at the Macbook Air’s, they do look cool and are so light. I cant decide if I wanna buy one, or an iPad 2 or neither.

Found some other cool trainers, Etnies. Some styles look good but I havent heard of them.

If you are in need of some shower gel which makes you smell good then I highly recommend the Dolce and Gabbana “The One” shower gel.

I got this in one of my sets, and tried it, and LOVE it!! Its seriously the best smelling shower gel I have ever used I dont usually buy the fashion brands shower gels and just get them in sets, as they are quite expensive, its only soap However I will have to get myself a big bottle of this.

After I have a shower I keep smelling my arms, it is so nice!!

If you want some then its sold in the usual places, Fenwicks, Boots etc. and it will cost around £20 for 200ml.

BTW this is the original “The One” and not “The One Gentleman”. I dont have that in a shower gel but I do have the EDT which I also like
