Sony Bloggie Touch Camera

I have found the next cool toy i am going to get :P

Its called the Sony Bloggie Touch, and its a little camcorder and camera. It looks very sleek, and records @ upto 1080p aka Full HD, and is small enough to fit into your pocket!

It only has 1 button on the front, and a large 3″ touchscreen to view movies. The camera also takes pics at 12.8 Megapixels (effective). It comes in 4gb or 8gb models, with not much price difference between them. Bad news on the memory front is that you cant expand it, and 8gb is not a whole lot when recording at 1080p…Sony say you will be able to record upto 4 hours at a lower 720p, which i suppose is more than enough, this is a blogging camera, not to shoot a professional movie! :D

As for the price, well its not on sale yet, prices in the US are quoted at $180-$200 and UK £200…yeah i know, we get ripped off!! I am hoping Amazon will have these and be selling them a bit cheaper, although they will be new so i cant see them being offered any cheaper. I see the Sony UK store has them on pre-order for £219.

I cant wait to have a play with one of these :)

Oh and if you are a girl, it comes in pink too….. :mrgreen:

    hey!

    Yeah, i cant wait to have a mess around with it. The Sony site says it comes out in November, so i have a bit of a wait until i get it :)
