I was having a browse around the HBO website because it was the final Entourage recently, and the U.S. store had lots of auction items which were cool, but only available to the U.S. customers which is pretty shit!
But, I did find some t-shirts which they do, I never really knew that they did them so it was a nice surprise. I had to order some, and they came today! This is what I got:

Johnny’s Bananas! I saw this and thought I had to get it. Johnny goes bananas!

Drama is known for many quotes, this one “won” the HBO Facebook competition. I could actually have found a few better quotes, but this one is still good. “I’ve been working steady for the past 12 years. Minus the last three”. haha!

The show which Johnny Drama “starred” in…Viking Quest!
Also the show he is ridiculed for being in for most of the first few seasons on Entourage. I still love it! VICTORY!!!!!
Its funny that Vince is the star of the show, but all my tees feature Drama, I guess he is subliminally my favourite character although I love them all. He probably gives the most entertainment
About the t-shirts – I was sort of disappointed, because they are clearly just blanks which have been printed on; They still have the generic label in the neck. Since I am a t-shirt guy I know the brand, and it sort of spoils the authentic-ness of these shirts, they are official HBO Entourage t-shirts, but it looks like anyone could of done them. On the positive side, I know the brand they have used, and I know they are good quality, and by feeling them I know they are too
They are worth the £16 each.

Hey blog!
Its Friday! Have you had a good day? The weekend starts here!
God I have been busy. I had to clear my room again, because my new wardrobe was being built. So I got up early and did that, did a bit of work and then my wardrobe was built. It is cool, I really love it, now I am looking at it from my computer it looks like a complete monster
I have plenty of storage space which is great, and I am not finished yet, I still have a chest of drawers to build, and another one to buy

There it is with the doors closed and with 1 side open. The 2 sides are different, this one has an extra rail and a basket, and the left side has 3 drawers. I think I am going to remove the lower rail because you can’t use it for anything; I thought I would be able to hang jeans from it but its too low. I am going to buy another basket, or maybe 2, as there is plenty of space above this basket.
I also got F1 2011 today!
What a carry on to get it though. I had it pre-ordered from Amazon, and I did not get a dispatch email so I guessed I would not get it on the day of release (today) but it would come tomorrow…Well I got an email from them this morning telling me they had no stock!
I hate that these companies let you order things when they don’t have stock; But at least Amazon is good enough to tell you I suppose. So I cancelled my order and went and bought it the old fashioned way, from a store with cash
I did get my “How To Make It In America” blu ray today tho, I love that show, and I can’t wait to watch all the episodes back.

I have so much wine, so now I am gonna chill on my Friday night and have a glass of Pinot Grigio…Or maybe even 2!

So I was going through some old things today when I found a few things, one being my driving test
I failed my first 2, and passed on the 3rd. I passed the theory test first time, and got 2 questions wrong
My driving test which I passed was almost flawless tho, I only got 4 minors which is very low

I passed in 2003, when I was 19 years old, so still a teenager ;) I actually didn’t start until I was 18, I wasn’t interested in driving when I was 17, I was too busy getting drunk
I have my old Subbuteo too…

I used to love playing, kids today don’t know they are born!
This is the 1986 World Cup edition, I think I am going to throw it out because I don’t have much room any more, and it’s not like I am gonna use it!

What a sad day it is today!
Dolce and Gabbana have decided to kill off the D&G line, and the SS 2012 show will be its last. Dolce and Gabbana have said that the D&G line will be merged into its main line, saying it will give ”even more strength and energy to our collections”.

I think this is sad news
If you are unsure what D&G is, or thought it was one line, the easiest way to explain the differences are that the D&G line were a more fun, casual and more contemporary, whereas the Dolce and Gabbana line is usually more “grown up”, formal kind of stuff.
The D&G Line has produced some great things such as fragrences, sunglasses, watches and jewellery, trainers and accessories as well as lots of apparel.
I look forward to seeing what direction Dolce And Gabbana are going to take in the future.

Winter is fast approaching, and there are a huge number of quilted jackets which are available to buy. I have picked out a selection for you, from cheap to expensive, and you will be able to see them below. Quilted jackets are the cool fashionable jackets of today, they are light but keep you warm enough in the cold autumn or mild winter; They are probably not enough to get you through a really freezing winter for day to day wear, but they are perfect for a few hours out in the cold, and are more smart than a full-on winter coat.

- First up is a nylon quilted jacket from Zara. Lightweight, in black, and has button and zip fastening. £39.99 from Zara.
- This is the daddy brand of quilted jackets, it is of course Barbour. They do a few different jackets in different styles, this one pictured above is called the “Chelsea” and is £109
- If you want high end then this is for you. This quilted jacket is from Burberry, and comes in at just under £400, you can pick it up for £395.
- This is a light paded jacket from H&M and is a bargain at only £34.99 This has a zip fastening, and no buttons which is a shame, but is a great price.
- He by Mango quilted jacket. This is navy blue, has a button and zip fastening which is concealed, and comes in at £129.90.

I ordered my shirts from Ralph Lauren a few weeks ago, and they sent a printed “thank you” card with them. I thought this was quite cool, so I decided I would get some made for my company. I designed some a few weeks ago, and found a great company in Germany who did them.

I am always grateful to my customers, I am an old-fashioned kind of business person, I hate the whole “faceless corporation” type of feel, so I think it is important to let them know I am thankful for their order. I designed them in a handwriting style, I think it looks really good. They are made on card which is quite thick and good quality too.
I got something else which I designed which will be coming soon, I cant wait for them to come, they are cool
I will post about that later.

I read about this a little while back but forgot to post it
Nike have made 1500 pair of these special trainers, which were modelled on the same futuristic trainers which Michael J Fox aka Marty Mcfly wore in Back To The Future. The Nike Mag 2011 featured an electroluminescent outsole, space-age materials and a rechargeable internal battery good for 3,000 hours.
All this was for the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s disease. They were being auctioned on Ebay, and now the auction is sadly over
The auction was only available to people in the U.S. which was a disappointment.
Still, that did not stop Tinie Tempah, who won them at a charity auction in L.A. where he dropped $37,500 (around £24,000) to be one of the first to get a pair.

I’d of loved a pair!

OK, Geek time….
Have you seen the previews for the next version of Microsoft Windows, Windows 8? I have seen a few screenshots, and it looks rather good!

pics from Engadget.
There is a new splash start screen, or “dashboard” if you like, which looks to be really impressive, and what seems to be the traditional desktop layout too. This will be optimised for PCs but not only that, it will be optimised for tablets too, i.e. touchscreens. This is great news, because as much as I love my iPad, it doesn’t have any real competition yet. I had an Android based tablet which simply put, was not as good as an iPad. The biggest problem is that Android, and the app store, feels very much like a “work in progress”. That is a good thing, for the future, but for now, for spending £400+ on a tablet device it is not good enough.
Windows 8 could give Apple some real competition, and it will have its own store, similar to the App store/iTunes etc.
I am excited by Windows 8, I know there are lots of anti-Microsoft people, but I think what they have been doing lately is impressive. Windows 8 looks good so far, I haven’t tried it but it looks to be the future. They have the Xbox 360 and in my opinion it is a better gaming console than the PS3, and they have Kinect which I hear is better than the PS3 Move equivalent too.
Windows 8 is set to come out next year, but if you really cant wait to have a play around with it, you can get the development limited version from the Microsoft site.

Hey blog!
So my bedroom is taking shape, I am continuing to throw things out and getting new things, I built my DVD tower Sunday, I needed somewhere to put my blu rays now I am getting quite the collection. Here are some before and after pics…

So before…Pretty much a mess, just a big pile of blu rays with some xbox 360 games in the mix just for fun
I have seriously no space for these, well until now. It’s funny because when I built my shelves which were bare at the time I was thinking there would be no way I would fill them…Well they are full and overflowing really.

My new tower which I built
It is probably about half full, I had to re-order the shelves because I forgot that blu ray boxes and DVD boxes aren’t the same size!
I have a few shelves left which I imagine will get filled up, then I don’t know what I will do for space
So next on the build list is my wardrobe, then I have a tall 6 drawer chest to build, and finally I have to buy then build a 4 drawer chest; I will buy that later, I don’t immediately need that.

Hey blog!
How was your day today? Mine was busy! No time to blog, or even to check email or Twitter!
I have been doing the usual work, but also been building my chest of drawers most of today. It was a nightmare, they are so big and heavy (80KGs) so I have to build them inside by bedroom…That has its own problems, since I have no space. I basically had to stand my bed up on its side, and also move out everything I could. So it took around 40 minutes to do that, about 20 just to bring all the parts to my room, and then a few hours to build, obviously had to put everything back too
Anyway I love it, it looks great and makes my bedroom look so much tidier.

I made my DVD Tower yesterday, I will put up a pic of that tomorrow. So I have another chest of drawers, and finally my new big wardrobe.
I already filled up these drawers, LOL!
