Jean Paul Gaultier Kokorico & CK T-Shirts

I have not had a new fragrance for a while, and today I got one. I went to go and buy either Jean Paul Gaultier – Kokorico or D&G – The One Sport. Both fragrances are new, and I went to try both today. I do like both, and they are quite different. The D&G Sport is a fresh, slightly fruity smell, and the Jean Paul Gaultier is a more powerful smell, I would recommend for a night.

I went ahead and got Kokorico, which I like a little better, and will probably get the D&G Sport later sometime.

I got the Kokorico from Fenwick for £36.50 for the 50ml bottle. I also got a few freebies which are cool; shower gel, a sample spray and a cool miniature bottle. I found a big problem with the fragrance department; It is near the food court, in particular Yo! Sushi. When I was trying the Kokorico all I could smell was fish! :P I had to stand quite far away to get the smell of fish out of my nose :mrgreen:

 

 

I also popped into the Calvin Klein store and picked up a couple of tees, £26 for two.

Hello blog :)

Another Monday, and this one seems to have gone over fast! I have done the usual Monday work, pretty standard. I also went to the town and bought a few things, from Calvin Klein and Fenwick; I got the new Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance, I will write about it next :D

EDIT – No camera for me

I forgot to write, I am now NOT getting a Canon S100, at least not at this moment. Jessops were selling it last week for £369 and I was gonna buy it last night so I would get delivery on Tuesday, however when I went on their site last night (and today) it has been put up to £400. I do not NEED the camera, I am in no rush so I will wait a while. It is a shame since I could of bought it late last week, but I wanted delivery on Tuesday since I will be able to sign for it, oh well! :P

Chill Weekend, Chill Sunday With A Season Of HTMIIA

Hello blog!

OK, I did not blog yesterday, there was nothing to blog about, I have had a great quiet weekend of nothingness, and today is gonna be a typical Sunday of watching an entire season of something, today it will be How To Make It In America :D

Yesterday I did get my Sandisk memory card; Class 10, 16GB. Ready for my camera which I will get next week hopefully, I can’t wait for that.

 

Later tonight I will probably watch one of my new blu rays, dunno which yet, I have not seen either.

The New Twitter Layout For 2012

My Twitter has just updated to the lastest layout, and I like some parts, and others I don’t. I know that it may not be new to some, I think Twitter is slowly rolling it out to people, and I just got it a few days ago.

What do you think of it?

 

Some people do not like it, I do, apart from one thing, the main thing, the text. It is so hard to read on my monitor, I sit a bit of a distance from it and the new font that they are using is too hard to read. I hate it when sites/blogs make text hard to read, that main point of sites like Twitter is to read! Oh well I guess I will have to get used to it.

Hey hey blog!

It is the weekend!! :D I just love a Friday, the longest possible time for work :P Today I have not actually done much, other than a bit of work, the usual on a Friday daytime, not a lot ;) I have decided to order a new camera which I blogged about before, and I have decided to go with a….. Canon S100. Yeah, another Point and Shoot, and miss the DSLR AGAIN. But I have a theory, I will get this camera, and if I need to get a DSLR then I will go for the cheaper (but still great) Canon 1100D. Both combined is around the same as the Canon G1X which I was contemplating on getting. I ordered myself a new memory card too, Amazon has amazing deals, 16GB Class 10 Sandisk Extreme card for only £18.99!

Yesterday I blogged about Newcastle Fashion Week 2012 and put an image on. The image is in the same style as the one they had last year, so yesterday I created this image, in a better resolution for NFW 2012. There are small differences, but I don’t think you can tell unless you know what you are looking for ;) Anyway, Newcastle Fashion Week seem to have loved my image, because they are using it, but did not ask/tell me they were. I am waiting for them to reply to see what’s up, and will write my piece when/if I hear from them.

Newcastle Fashion Week 2012

The dates have been announced, Newcastle Fashion Week 2012 is upon us! This year Newcastle Fashion Week will start on Saturday 26th May 2012 and run through to Sunday 3rd June 2012 and is set to be bigger and better than before.

NE1 has announced a newly extended programme for Newcastle Fashion Week 2012 with Newcastle Fashion Weekend which promises to be the biggest Fashion and Shopping event of the year in Newcastle, the fashion capital of the North.

NE1 is promising that NFW 2012 will be bigger and better than last year and promises to put NFW on the world map and cement the city’s reputation as the fashion capital of the North.   A packed programme of events and activities is currently being formulated including premier catwalk shows, VIP shopping events, industry talks from fashion’s finest and exclusive after show parties hosted at venues across the city.

Proceedings kick off on Saturday 26 May at 12 noon when the iconic Grey’s Monument becomes the venue for two catwalk shows – the first a showcase of design talent from Newcastle College, the second called ‘Work It’ providing inspiration on how to dress for success with a showcase of outfits that are ideal for what to wear to the office and for interviews.

Nadia Ali – Rapture (Avicii remix)

This is another song which the UK has “just got”. I was listening to this last summer, and it’s alright. It is a remix of the Iio – Rapture song fron around 2001 I think it was. Avicii done this version, now that he is becoming bigger here in the UK maybe that is why this has now got a release. But UK’s too late again, we were listening to this last summer!! ;)

Hello blog readers :)

How are you today? I woke up and could not be arsed, I was feeling the whole bottle of champagne which I drank last night ;) Did you have a good Valentines day? I have to say single valentines day was so good! :P I think that things are always better when you make an effort, no matter what it is; When I have a night out I always have a really good one when I really make a proper effort, which I have to say is not too often :(

I posted the pics of last night, and I did what I wanted; Ate my meal, ate many chocolates, listened to music and watched a film; I had a big choice, and was gonna watch two, but by the time I finished listening to music I could only find time for one, which was “Before Sunrise”; I love that film. Then I watched Geordie Shore which was alright.

So today I have done work, nothing amazing, pretty boring day, and I have felt tired all day. I also finished watching Secret Diary Of A Call Girl Season 4, only 8 episodes long so didn’t take me long :P

Tonight I may watch the football, and also have to watch Sun, Sex And Suspicious Parents on BBC3. I love that show but it makes me wanna go on holiday when I watch it :P

I got my other blu ray today which I had been waiting for, Friends With Benefits. I will probably watch that over the weekend sometime.
