No Entourage Season 7 For the UK on ITV

WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!

A new season of Entourage has started last Sunday in the U.S. on HBO. ITV2 has had the show since its beginning, all be it at the start it was years behind the US, but the last series was shown only 4 days after the US airing. I was all set to watch it tonight, and when i checked it wasnt on!

After some searching on the internet other people have asked ITV who have said they dont own the rights to show it, and there are “no plans to show it” which means they didnt buy it, which probably means it will not be shown in the UK.

What a shame this is! It is my favourite show, and I watch every episode and have done since it started.

I think its really shitty of ITV and a disgrace really, instead of buying good real shows like this they would rather spend tiny amounts of money on reality TV like Whordan and that guy that sang Mysterious Girl in the 90s.

If ITV are reading please dont talk about ratings…It does well in the US, if you want more people to watch then promote it!!

If you want to complain to ITV you can, i wonder how much difference it would make. Email them itvpresscentre@itv.com and tell them how disgusted you are that they arent showing Entourage.

Oh well, its 2010, there are probably other ways to watch Entourage ;)

    I agree with you Michael, I think it’s out-of-order that ITV2 isn’t showing Entourage season 7.
    They don’t even seem to have had the courtesy of making an official statement about the fact…

    Yeah, they are stupid idiots working at ITV2. I am a huge Entourage fan, and for the last series i didnt even know when it was coming back on, there was no ads for it on ITV, i dont know about ITV2 since i rearly watch it; They cant complain about ratings, if myself who is a fan of the show doesnt know its on, what chance do other people have!?

    They showed they didnt give a shit about it a few series back, when it was “ITV2′s Bitch” being moved around time slots for crap films which had been on the previous day.

    Yeah, ITV are shit, but oh well, there isnt much we can do about that. Thinking about it, ITV in general dont offer much in the way of TV shows which are entertaining, its mainly gameshows or reality, on all 4 of their channels….ITV2 offer a decent movie every now and then, but there is no need for it to be on twice day after day!

    ITV1 has the odd drama, but its the same old story, crime type of drama, cant they come up with something better!!! The more i am writing about ITV the more i realise how bad it is!!!! :mrgreen: They bought the rights to season 1 – 6 of a hit american show, and instead of putting it on prime time on their flagship channel it gets put on ITV2 whenever they decide they can fit it in!

    If you are keeping score Season 7 is upto episode 3 which was on tv (HBO in america) last night. Season 6 DVD is supposed to be coming out in September, seems like ages ago when that was on.

    The DVD for season 7 will be out next year, so you will have a long wait. Season 6 dvd is supposed to be out around september in the UK, its already out in the U.S

    Yeah i read the same thing before! Entourage is coming to SKY woohoo! :) Maybe SKY will finally get an HBO channel, they have them in Europe, its good news if you are a SKY subscriber :)

    OH my word…. I just thought there was a delay in getting it here… like everyone else says WHAT DA FUCK and…. NO!!! ITV no hugs here …. beeeatch.!!!!.. damn that is a harsh pill to swallow… I know we can’t do much if the US drop/or cancel as show and we are left hangin’ but when we have had the carrot dangled and we have been munchin on it for 6 episodes….and lets face it Entourage is Diamond… YOU can’t then turn around and scrap it…. pure nonsensiCAL f*****in A…
