Song For The Summer 2012 – Ai Se Eu Te Pego
I have heard this song today, the first 30 seconds or so I was thinking what is this, another stereotypical latin-style song; But then by the end of the song I was loving it!!
I think it is gonna be a love it or hate it, or annoying kind of song. I like it at the moment tho
It is Michel Teló – Ai Se Eu Te Pego
I think it will be a big hit this summer, I am sure if you go to Spain or a latin country this summer, this will be played a lot!
It was the song Cristiano Ronaldo & Marcelo were dancing to when Real Madrid scored, Neymar also danced to it on a Brazilian TV show.
It is currently #1 on iTunes in: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. Doing quite well in Europe then, if it comes to the UK I’d imagine it being after the summer
What do you think?
edit: I just discovered an English version, so maybe it WILL come out in the UK.

How did I organise the list? – It was pretty hard, so what I did was group the songs into their own top 10, each top 10 was in a list 1-8, and then each group of 10 was put into order, then stick them all together….Complicated to explain but it works for me
Danza Kuduro, my number 1 track of the year!!
It had to be really. I did not like it much the first time I heard it, then I loved it for months and months; It got released in the UK around 4 or 5 months later and the rest of the UK started to like it, but I liked it first
It is not even the “original” version, the most famous, and best version is with Don Omar, which I love to death. Definitely the best song of the year, I will remember this song as a 2011 song
Here is some music for you to listen to.
Lucenzo featuring Don Omar – Danza Kuduro

Sean Kingston – Party All Night (Sleep All Day)

Mohombi featuring Nicole Scherzinger – Coconut Tree

MTV UK – Top 100 Watched Videos 2011
MTV UK Just posted their top 100 most watched videos. The most watched video of 2011 is LMFAO – “Party Rock Anthem”. I did not like this when it first came out, but I have to admit, it is catchy and did grow on me. The list is quite surprising, with some songs ranking bad and others quite high. I am not sure if this is the “most played” or most watched, because it would be hard to find out exactly who was watching when
Katy Perry “Last Friday Night (TGIF)” is a lowly #45, I swear every time I turned on MTV it was on!

You can see the full top 100 here at MTV UK.
Weekend Music – 11th December 2011
Here are some of the great tunes I was listening to over the weekend. Some were on my old “playlist” the last time I did it, others will be new
Taio Cruz – Hangover
I love this track! It’s a really good party track, and I dont think it is getting released in the UK or at least it hasnt yet.
Swedish House Mafia vs Knife Party – Antidote
THEY ARE BACK!! And in a big way. I heard this last week or so, and it is amazing. What a track from Swedish House Mafia.

Aura Dione – Geronimo
This is my favourite song right now! I love this, and I love Aura Dione and have for a while. I like her style and her music is cool too, always original and fresh ![]()

Doctor P & Flux Pavilion – Superbad

I have decided that this will be my last regular playlist. I say regular because I have done one every Monday for a very long time, it used to be called “Chart” but I since changed it to playlist since I didnt want to have an ordered list. I will continue to do playlists, but not as a regular feature, and just every now and then or when I think I can do a relevant one. I don’t seem to write much about music or songs any more and just do a playlist, so hopefully I will write more about music since I will not have a regular playlist if that makes sense
I will of course do a “best of 2011″ playlist, which will be a huge list, 50 or maybe 100 tracks, I have not started to work on it yet but I know it will be hard because of all the amazing tracks there have been in 2011

I have added “Hangover” by Taio Cruz. This song has been around for a bit but has not been released in the UK yet, but has around Europe. I like it, maybe it will get released here in the UK in the future? It seems Taio Cruz is more popular in Europe than here
What do you think?
